Return & Exchange Policy

At Dreamers Chase, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery. The item must meet the same conditions as returns listed above.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@dreamerschase.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@dreamerschase.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
