SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All our products are custom-made to order. Once you place your order, it typically takes 2-7 business days to produce your item before it ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after production

European Union:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days after production

International (US, Canada, Australia, etc.):

  • Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days after production

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We offer various shipping options to suit your needs.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs and Import Duties For international orders outside the UK and EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Delivery Issues If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at dreamerschase24s@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with our shipping partners to locate your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and shipping carrier information.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at dreamerschase24s@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before production begins.

Multiple Items Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different facilities to ensure faster delivery. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
