RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment At Dreamers Chase, we want you to love your purchase. All our products are custom-made to order, which means each item is specially created just for you.

Returns Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or we've made an error with your order.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement We will gladly replace or refund items in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • There's a printing error or quality issue

How to Request a Return If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us at dreamerschase24s@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue
  3. We'll review your request within 2-3 business days

Refund Process Once approved:

  • Replacements will be sent at no additional cost
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • You will not need to return the defective item to us

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items you simply changed your mind about
  • Items with minor imperfections that don't affect the overall quality
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
